Sevgili 2025-2026 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Uluslararası Öğrencilerimiz,

Aramıza hoş geldiniz! Sizleri üniversitemizde ağırlamaktan büyük mutluluk duyuyoruz. Üniversitemizi kazanmanın sevinci ve yeni bir ülkeye taşınmanın heyecanını aynı anda yaşadığınızı biliyoruz. Bu süreci sizin için olabildiğince kolaylaştırmak amacıyla önemli bir duyuru paylaşıyoruz.

2025-2026 akademik yılı için üniversitemize kayıt hakkı kazanan  yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler, kayıt işlemlerini vekalet aracılığıyla gerçekleştirebileceklerdir.

Bu imkandan yararlanmak için;

1. Vekaletname: Noter onaylı bir vekaletname düzenlemeniz gerekmektedir. Vekaletnamede, kayıt işlemlerinizi sizin adınıza yürütecek kişinin (vekilin) açıkça yetkilendirilmesi şarttır.

2. Gerekli Belgeler: Vekilinizin, kayıt için gerekli olan tüm orijinal belgeleri (diploma, transkript, pasaport fotokopisi, vs.) yanında getirmesi gerekecektir.

Not: Bu kolaylık, sadece kayıt aşaması için geçerlidir. Öğrenim vizesi, ikamet izni ve yüz yüze yapılması zorunlu oryantasyon programı gibi diğer resmi işlemlerden öğrencilerimizin kendisi sorumludur.

Great News for Our International Students! Proxy Registration is Now Available

Dear International Students of the 2025-2026 Academic Year,

Welcome to our community! We are thrilled to have you here. We understand that you are experiencing the joy of being accepted to our university alongside the excitement and challenges of relocating to a new country. To make this transition as smooth as possible for you, we are pleased to share an important announcement.

All international students who have secured a place at our university for the 2025-2026 academic year can now complete their registration process by proxy.

To benefit from this facility;

1. Power of Attorney: You must prepare a notarized power of attorney document. This document must explicitly authorize the person (your proxy) to carry out the registration procedures on your behalf.

2. Required Documents: Your proxy must bring all the required original documents for registration (diploma, transcript, passport copy, etc.).
